检查减速机内齿轮油是否足够，放出少量齿轮油看是否发黑变质，检查减速机是否受到外力冲击

如发现油里有许多铁削可以肯定减速机内部齿轮已经受损磨坏，在这种情况下应立刻更换新减速机。
