# 搅拌机的出料系数指的什么？

What is the discharge coefficient of the mixer? The discharge coefficient is the ratio of the concrete mixed by the mixer to the original feeding volume. The calculated discharge volume is the coefficient multiplied by the charging capacity of the mixer. The manufacturer of concrete mixer will explain the content in more detail.

The working time of the mixer can be divided into: charging time, that is, from the start of charging to the mixing cylinder to the end of the charging process; Discharge time, at least 95% of the mixed materials from discharge to discharge; Mixing time, from the end of feeding to the beginning of discharging; Cycle time refers to the time from the previous feeding operation to the next feeding operation under continuous production conditions, that is, the total time of an operation cycle.
