The automatic feeding mixer is a common transport tool for concrete and clay. It should be ensured that there is no mistake during the transportation. The concrete and soil will be mixed in the whole process, so that the quality of concrete and clay can be maintained well until the destination is reached. The operation requirements of its hydraulic rotation system are as follows:

　　1、新车开始使用前，检查和液压系统各处的灰尘和杂物，并检查各处连接是否正确和有无其它问题。

　　1. Before the new car starts to use, first check and remove the dust and debris around the hydraulic system, and check whether the connection is correct and whether there are other problems.

　　2、油箱中装液压油到油标刻度线以上，泵壳和马达壳内也要充油。

　　2. The oil tank is filled with hydraulic oil above the oil mark, and the pump housing and motor housing should also be filled with oil.

　　3、启动发动机，操纵伺服手柄使自动上料搅拌机拌筒在低速下正转，观察液压系统是否正常工作。

　　3. Start the engine, operate the servo handle to make the mixing drum of automatic feeding mixer rotate forward at low speed, and observe whether the hydraulic system works normally.
                

　　4、油温不得超过60℃，泵壳压力必须小于0.25MPa。

　　4. The oil temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, and the pump shell pressure must be less than 0.25MPa.

　　5、注意散热器上的风扇在50℃-70℃范围内应是运转状态。风扇发生故障不运转时，应及时修理。

　　5. Note that the fan on the radiator should be in operation state within the range of 50 ℃ - 70 ℃. When the fan fails to work, it should be repaired in time.

　　6、补油泵溢流阀、低压溢流阀、高压溢流阀压力出厂时已调定，不得随意改动。

　　6. The pressure of relief valve, low-pressure relief valve and high-pressure relief valve of make-up oil pump has been set before delivery and shall not be changed at will.

　　7、自动上料搅拌机油路中各部件及管路不得有漏油现象，如发生渗漏，应及时修理。

　　7. There shall be no oil leakage in the parts and pipelines of the automatic feeding and mixing oil pipeline. In case of leakage, it shall be repaired in time.

　　8、工作运转状态时，不得随意修理和调整。

　　8. It is not allowed to repair and adjust at will when working.

　　9、液压油泵、马达若发生故障需及时更换下来送指定维修部修理。

　　9. If the hydraulic oil pump and Mada fail, they should be replaced in time and sent to the professional designated maintenance department for repair.

　　我们在驾驶自动上料搅拌机的时候应该做好各个方面的检查，液压转动系统对于整个搅拌车来说是很关键的一部分，液压转动系统符合使用要求才能率使用搅拌车。

　　We should do a good job in all aspects of the inspection when driving the automatic feeding mixer. The hydraulic rotation system is a key part of the whole mixer. Only when the hydraulic rotation system meets the requirements can we use the mixer efficiently.
