首先,我们需要找到一个不确定的来源,即称重传感器。称重传感器是一种电气元件,通过它我们可以测量我们需要的原材料的重量。

在中小型搅拌机中,一般采用剪切梁称重传感器和S形张力称重传感器。在搅拌站中,集料、粉末和水的测量主要基于剪切梁称重传感器,而S形张力称重传感器主要用于外加剂的称重。

这种故障一般较为常见,称重值为零,无论以上是否存在,称重值始终为零。

A,传感器损坏:当传感器上有原材料时,检测传感器输出信号线的电压值。如果两个值相同,传感器已经损坏,如果两个值之间有显著差异,则传感器正常工作。根据下图检测传感器的输出信号,不同品牌传感器的工作原理和边界模式大致相同。下图显示了六线传感器的接线原理。
