When starting in winter, the oil temperature will be too low due to insufficient preheating. When the oil and oil seal do not reach the working temperature, the automatic feeding mixer needs to stop the tank and idle for 10min to 20min during the whole starting process. After the oil temperature reaches the normal state, the tank can be rotated.
If the service time is too long, the oil seal needs to be replaced under the condition of normal wear.
If the time of hydraulic cylinder is not effectively replaced, or the quality of filter element is unqualified, and the hydraulic oil is too dirty, the wear speed of oil seal will be accelerated. Replace the hydraulic oil and filter element of the automatic feeding mixer as soon as possible.
The hydraulic oil deteriorates and emulsifies, the lubrication performance decreases, the oil seal wear speed is accelerated, and the hydraulic oil and filter element are replaced as soon as possible. When it is serious, the relevant systems of the automatic feeding mixer should be cleaned.
The dynamic balance failure of the transmission shaft and the large swing caused the eccentric wear of the main shaft swing oil seal. Correct or replace the transmission shaft in time.
The oil return of the system is not smooth, and the oil return pipe or radiator is blocked, which increases the pressure of the pump motor housing cavity and causes oil leakage of the oil seal. Eliminate the blockage and ensure the smooth return oil circulation.
If the radiator does not dissipate heat, the oil temperature will be too high, the viscosity and lubricity will be reduced, the oil seal will overheat and the seal will fail. Remove the radiator fault in time, cool the system as soon as possible, and avoid the abrasion of the pump motor. If necessary, the automatic feeding mixer should be turned off, and the pump motor and radiator shell should be washed with water to achieve the cooling effect.
