1、缸体衬板的磨损程度检查，针对搅拌臂和搅拌刀的检查要少每周一次，保持良好的清洁工作，并且要注意查看是不是有松动移位的现象，如果磨损的程度达到一半，就要注意更换，衬板厚度2-3mm时，须更换。
